GDS has built professional and experienced after-sale service team. For overseas customer, we can offer the following service:

1. free training in our factory.

Once you confirmed the order, you can send your engineer to our factory for checking the machine and also get training

2. video and phone call instruction

if company visit can not be arranged, we can instruct you how to operate via video or phone call

3. instruction brochure and operation tips available

we summaried some operation tips for your reference based on our experience to get yourself mastered the general operation

4. on-site training in your factory

we can also send our engineer to your factory for direct training. Our engineer have been to India, Vietnam, Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia etc.
