 Principle Description 

u Eight station design. The operator puts the pre-assembled bulb on the customized fixture. The rotary plate will bring the bulb to the first punching station finishing automatic PCB punching, then bring to second automatic gluing station finishing automatic gluing on the edge. At the same time, the bulb cover is also being brought by belt conveyor to the pick-up station. The mechanical hand picks the cover and put it to the top of glued bulb. After that, another mechanical hand pick finished one to unloading station
